Mobile Rice Thresher
BRT-90 rice thresher is full feed threshing machine, and is in line with the standard GB/T5982—2005 test method for threshing machine. It is mainly composed of the feeding hopper, the frame, the concave sieve, the threshing drum, the cover, the guide plate, the fans, the vibrating sieve and the transmission devices etc.
The blowing fan sucks the rice leaves, rice bran, broken straws, impurities which are separated from the grain mixture by the concave sieve and discharged to the proper place through the turnable elbow outlet. The remaining grain mixture will be selected and separated by the reciprocating vibrating sieve. The unhusked rice will drop down through the vibrating sieve and flow out from the main outlet for packing. The short straw and residues will slide out from the auxiliary outlet.
